The Wolverine RMAX4 1000 XT-R Compact conquers the toughest terrain with comfort for four.

Smooth power is produced by the class-leading 999cc parallel-twin engine and selectable push-button D-Mode control with three power delivery settings, while the compact chassis balances trail-taming agility with plenty of room for extra passengers and gear.

The XT-R package adds colour-matched 14-inch aluminum beadlock wheels wrapped in Maxxis® Carnage tyres, advanced FOX® 2.0 QS3 adjustable suspension, heavy-duty WARN® winch, high-quality painted bodywork, XT-R graphics, and premium cut-and-sew comfort seats.

Add additional automotive-style features like Yamaha's Adventure Pro System, full-color display and a premium MTX audio system, and the RMAX4 1000 XT-R Compact is ready to take you on the ultimate adventure in complete comfort.

Premium MTX audio system

A premium MTX Audio System now comes standard on all RMAX2 1000 XT-R with amplifier and front speakers providing exceptional audio quality, deeper bass and clearer vocals.

Cargo flexibility

In addition to its ability to comfortably seat up to four adults, including cargo, the Wolverine RMAX4 1000 XT-R Compact features an ingenious storage system for cargo flexibility. By folding and sliding the rear seats forward, the rear area expands and securely transports up to 272kg of cargo with its multiple steel tie-down points.

Advanced FOX 2.0 QS3 suspension

The advanced and heavy-duty suspension is designed to provide maximum articulation in low speed situations and a balanced feeling when trail riding. Wide-arc A-arms paired with high performance long travel FOX 2.0 QS3 shocks provide incredible bottoming resistance with smooth high speed damping. These units can be switched between three custom positions tool-free to enhance comfort during relaxed

On-Command 4WD system

The On-Command® four-wheel drive system includes Turf Mode which unlocks the rear differential for a tighter turning radius and minimal turf damage, ideal for preserving your grass during household chores or any time you find yourself on delicate turf. The updated front differential also offers quicker locking engagement and disengagement.

Speed Management System

The Wolverine RMAX4 is equipped with Yamaha's Speed Management System which uses the YCC-T to limit the vehicle to a top speed of 40 kph without sacrificing the full power of the 999cc engine. Speed is governed by a removeable key which makes the system ideal for work sites or other special operating conditions.

Yamaha Adventure Pro system

Yamaha Adventure Pro System takes your journey to the next level with a seven-inch full-colour display neatly integrated into the dash. This advanced tool provides connectivity via Bluetooth or USB, and is loaded with features including navigation, phone and audio controls, GPS mapping and PIN-lockable geo-fencing, and a rearview camera accessory option.
